Reconstitution of Institute Management Committee (IMC) of ITI Dighaghat,

Patna.

The IMC is being reconstituted for performance of work with the Industry partner

under PPP mode with an aim to upgradation and modernization of ITI Dighaghat, Patna vide

resolution no-02 dated 02-01-2013 of the labour resource department in the following way:-

2. Tenure of Committee will be of three years or till its dissolution / reconstitution

by government whichever occur first .The committee will be rearranged by the

Government time to time in according with the terms of agreements.

3. It will be mandatory to remain present minimum six members including

Chairman and Member Secretary in the meeting of the committee.

4. The function and responsibility of the committee will be the same which will be

defined in the agreement executed between Government of Bihar and Bihar Hotels Ltd.

Patna.

5. This order will be effective from date of issue.

information to the public and copy of the same is provided to all the

member also.
