N.-02/L-kha(Brick)-16/13-1779/M,—In exercise of the power conferred under Section-4 of

the Bihar Brick Supply and Price Control Act, 1984, the state government is hereby pleased to

delegate its power of supply, distribute and control the price of bricks under section-3 of the Act to

the concerned Collectors in all the districts of Bihar with immediate effect.
