The 29^th August 2017

No.- MM-01/Mantriparishad-22/2011/858—Constitution of Group of Ministers had been

made under the Chairmanship of the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister for reconstitution of

Districts/Subdivisons/Blocks/Circles of the State by Notification No.-532 dated 07-04-2016 of the

Cabinet Secretariat Department.

2. Due to the Constitution of New Government from Dated 27-07-2017 now the State

Government in exercise of the powers coferred by Rule-32(a)(xxi) of the Rules of Executive

Business of Bihar, 1979 (Amended from time to time) hereby reconsituted the following Group of

Ministers for reconstitution of Districts/Sub.divisions/Blocks/Circles of the State with immediate

effect :-

Group of Ministers

Sri Sushil Kumar Modi, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister

(ii)

Sri Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Hon'ble Minister, Energy

(iii)

Sri Rajeev Ranjan Alias Lalan Singh, Hon'ble Minister, Water Resources

Sri Nand Kishor Yadav, Hon'ble Minister, Road Construction

Sri Sharwan Kumar, Hon'ble Minister, Rural Development

3. Principal Secretary/Secretary of the concern Departments related to the above Sl No.-2

shall remain present in the Meeting of Group of Ministers for their assistance.

4. Rural Development Department will provide secretarial assistance to this Group of

Ministers.
