powers

conferred by Section - 11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012 read with Rule -

11 of the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014, the Govt. of Bihar, to prepare Master

Plan and other Development Plans of Rajgir Regional Planning Area, its implementation and for

other lawful actions, hereby constitutes the Planning Authority, which shall be known as “Rajgir

Regional Planning Area Authority” and it shall be constituted consisting of the followings :-

2. Sub Divisional Officer, Rajgir shall be the Chief Executive Officer cum Member

Secretary of this Planning Authority. Office of the Sub Divisional Officer, Rajgir shall be the office

of the Authority at present.

3. The Authority shall exercise the powers prescribed in the Bihar Urban Planning and

Development Act, 2012 and the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Rules, 2014 for execution

of its duties.

This notification will come into force at once.
