The 9^th September 2017

No.-B1-3-49/2016-44—WHEREAS nomination by the Governor of Bihar has been

made in pursuance of Sub-Clause (e) of Clause (3) and Clause (5) of Article 171 of the Constitution

of India, for filling 1 (one) seat in Bihar Legislative Council against 1 (one) vacancy in Bihar

Legislative Council, arising out of disqualification of nominated member by Governor of Bihar

Samrat Chaudhary alias Rakesh Kumar on 06-01-2016.
