No 02/C.M.T.(Fee Amendment)-35/2014-4966— In exercise of the powers conferred by

sec-211 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (Act 59,1988), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the

following amendments in the Bihar Motor Vehicle Rules, 1992, Prior publication of which required

under section 212 of the Act has been done through notification No-983, dated-17.11.2016

1. Short title, extent and commencement—

(1) This rule may be called Bihar motor vehicle (Amendment) rules, 2017. It shall

come into force with immediate effect.

2. It shall be enforced to the whole of the state of Bihar.
