The 10^th October 2017

No.- G/Sena-05-05/2017-8944—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practices Act, 1938 (Act 5 of 1938), the

Governor of Bihar is pleased to define the following area, map, boundary and details of which given

hereunder, as field firing and artillery practice area for the period of 10 years from the date of issue

of this notification with immediate effect.

Schedule

Details and boundary of the land-area

170 acre land in village-Nekpur, P.S. No.-486, District-Nalanda, which has been transferred

to Recruit Training Centre, Central Reserve Police Force vide Revenue and Land Reform

Department, Bihar, Patna Circular No. 1335/6/sa dated 24.09.2007 for construction of Central

Reserve Police Force (R.T.C-5) and the boundary wall of the said whole area has been constructed.

100-500 meter baffle firing range is situated in the said acquired land on Plot (Khesra) No.-3759,

Khata No.-166 total area 170 acre of the aforesaid acquired land. The details and boundary of the

Firing Range is as follows :-

East - Entrance Gate.

West - Chainpur Village is situated on the distance of approximately 2.5 Km from the field

and outer boundary of the Firing Range.

North - Kubari Village is situated on the distance of approximately 2.5 Km from the field

and outer boundary of the Firing Range.

South - Vaimar Giri Parwat of Rajgir Hills is situated, which is a completely deserted area.
