The 13^th October 2017

S.O. 259, dated 30^th October 2017— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of

Section-3 of the Administrative General Act, 1963 (Act 45 of 1963) and Sub-Section (1) of Section-4 of

the Official Trustee Act, 1913 (Act 2 of 1913). The Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint Sri Satydeo

Kumar, Advocate (Reg. no.-346/1985) to the permanent part time post of Administrator General for the

State of Bihar and Official Trustee for the State of Bihar under aforesaid Act respectively for further three

years from the Date of Notification.
