"Thus, we find that when an employee is entitled to revision of pay in term of

recommendation of the pay revision commission, such benefit can not be restricted only

because of financial liability which will fall on the State, when the finding is of anamoly in

fixation of pay scale.

Consequently, the LPA is allowed. The judgment of the learned signle judge is

modified by deleting the paragraph extracted above."

"The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against an order passsed on 8th of

December, 2014 by learned single bench in CWJC No.-21909 of 2013.
