The 27^th November 2017

S.O. 302 dated 29^th November 2017—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)

and (3) of section-9 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act-2 of 1974) and section-14 of the

Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 (Act 33 of 1989), the

Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to add clause-(ia) to the Law Department notification memo no.-356

dated 15.01.2015 as under:-

"(ia)

The court of the Additional District and Sessions Judge 3rd in seniority of the concerned

Judgeship is designated as the Exclusive Special Court for this purpose."

(2)

The departmental notification memo no.-356 dated 15.01.2015 already issued shall

be deemed to be amended to this extent.

(3)

This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
