In the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of India
vide letter no.-35(4)(2)/2004-PCT/CPI U dated 11.02.2005 Institute Management Committee (IMC)
was set up by resolution no-278 dated 02.03.2009 of Women ITI Dighaghat Patna .
In the concluding meeting of State Steering Committee (SSC) date 13-7-16, Astric
computers Pvt. Ltd, Patna was selected as the Industry Partner for WITI, Dighaghat, Patna and
accordingly Institute management committee is reorganized for the upgradation and modernization of
the WITI, Dighaghat, Patna under PPP scheme –

2.
The term of the committee shall be for 3 Years or until it is reconstituted.
Government can anytime, without notice, dissolve the Committee.
3.
At least six members have to be mandatorily present in the meeting of Committee in
which presence of Chairman and Co-ordinator will be mandatory.
4.
This order will be effective from the date of issue.

It is ordered that resolution should be published in the Official Gazette for
information to the general and given a copy to all concerned members.
