No. 11/M.(Estt.)-14/2013-874(11)—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to

Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following

Rules to amend the "Bihar Malaria Inspector Cadre Rules, 2015.-

1 Short title, extent & commencement—

(1)

These Rules may be called as the "Bihar Malaria Inspector Cadre (Amendment)

Rules, 2017".

(2)

It will extend to the whole State of Bihar,

(3)

It will come in to force at once.

2. Substitution of Appendix-1 of the Bihar Malaria Inspector Cadre Rule, 2015

Appendix-1 of the said Rules, 2015 shall be substituted by the following new Appendix-1—

"Appendix-1

[See rule 2(viii), 4, 16, 17]
