No. 2@fuñLFkkñvk’kqfyfid ¼03½&07@2007-9783— In exercise of the powers conferred by

proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the

following Rules to amend the Bihar State Co-operative Department (Field) Stenographer Cadre

Rules, 2008 :-

1. Short title and commencement—

(1)

The Rules may be called “The Bihar State Co-operative Department (Field)

Stenographer Cadre (Amendment) Rules, 2017”

(2)

It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3)

It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment in Rule 3 of the said Rules, 2008—(1) Subrule (3) and (4) of Rule 3 of the

said Rules, 2008 shall be substituted by the following—

“(3) The posts of the following categories shall be in this cadre :-

(4) According to the above subrule (3) the calculation of number of stenographers of

different categories shall be on the basis of the percentage of 40%, 30%, 20% and 10% respectively

of the total sanctioned post strength.”
