The 8^th January 2018

S.O 115 Dated 10^th January 2018— In addition to the post of Deputy Labour Commissioner,

Munger Division under Munger District, a post of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Begusarai has

been created. As there is two post of Deputy Labour Commissioner under Munger Division for that

reason it is necessary to decide the powers of Certifying Officers between them under Industrial

Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946

In exercise of the Powers Conferred by Sub Section (a) and (c) of Section -2 of Industrial

Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint Certifying

Officer and Appellate Authority as mentioned in column- 3 and 4 respectively for the Districts

mentioned in column no. 3.

(2) The notification no. 1/BL-1230/2016L&R 88 and 89 amended accordingly.
