The 8^th January 2018

S.O 121 Dated 10^th January 2018—In addition to the post of Deputy Labour Commissioner,

Munger Division under Munger District, a post of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Begusarai has been

created. As there is two post of Deputy Labour Commissioner under Munger Division for that reason

it is necessary to appoint officers mentioned in column-2 of the table below as authorities to hear and

decide appeals against any direction made under sub section (3) of section 20 of the said act by the

authorities appointed under sub section (1) of section 20 of the said act as shown in column no-5

2. In exercise of the Powers conferred under sub section (6) of section 20 of the Minimum

Wages Act 1948 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint Deputy Labour Commissioner in the

column-2 as appellate authority to hear and decide the direction made by the authority in mentioned in

column no-5.
