of Bihar dated the 23-01-2018 is hereby published for general information :-

“In exercise of the powers under Clause (1) of Article 176 of the

Constitution of India, I, Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Bihar, desire to

address both Houses of the Bihar Legislature assembled together on

the 26^th February, 2018 at 11.30 A.M. and desire the presence of their

Members in the Assembly Chamber at Patna.
