The 5th February 2018

S.O. 146, dated the 6^th February 2018— Notification read with memo no. BCWC-150/2015

L.R.-54 dated 02.02.2016 and BCWC-62/2014 L.R.-34 dated 16.01.2017, issued in pursuance of the

order of Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India under section 60 of Building and

Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act 1996 is hereby

amended to the extent that the total amount of premium will be paid by the Bihar Building and Other

Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Resources Department Bihar its self, for the pension of

eligible Registered Construction Workers, of age group between 18 and 40 years and get pension Rs.

1000/- per month under Atal Pension Scheme after completion of 60 years of age.

Rest of the para of said notification will remain same.
