The 20^th February 2018

No. 5/M.W.40-05/2018-982/L&R—Transfer of cases from the authority to another

authorities under-sub section 27 (B)- The authority who have been duly authorised by the state

Government can transfer the cases before the another authority who have also been authorised for

trial of cases under section 20(1) of the act by way of notification in official gazette.

In exercise to the power conferred under sub section 27(b) of minimum wages Act 1948,

the Governor of Bihar in pleased to transfer all registered cases of Gaya district in the court of

Assistant labour Commissioner, Dalmianagar under the Minimum wages Act 1948 to the court of

Assistant labour Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya and directs that all cases must be disposed

according to the rules and within stipulated time.
