No. 02/Tax(Tractor-trailer amnesty)-42/2012-1663—In exercise of the powers conferred

by sub-section (7) of section-7 readwith sub-section (1) of section-15 and proviso to section-23 of

the Bihar Motor Vehicle Taxation Act, 1994, amnesty to the vehicle owners of tax defaulter

registered/unregistered commercial/Goods carriage vehicle and Tractor-trailers, used in

agricultural/commercial activities, granted by the State Government vide departmental notification

no.-3481, dated-05.07.2017 which was effective up to the period of six month that is to say up to

04.01.2018 from dated-05.07.2017 is hereby extended up to 30.06.2018 in the public interest subject

to the conditions determined earlier.

2. This notification shall be effective from the date of its publication in the official

gazette.
