No.-21/B.T.S.S.C-03 /2014 Ka-13247— In exercise of the powers conferred by
Section-14(1) of "Bihar Technical Service Commission Act ,2014" the Governor of Bihar is
pleased to make the following Rules to amend the "Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission
Rules , 2015 "
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—
(1)
These Rules may be called " The Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission
(Amendement ) Rules, 2018."
(2)
It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
(3)
It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment in the Heading, Sub rule-1 of Rule-1, Rule-2(b), Rule-2(c), Rule-2(d),
Rule-2(e) and Sub rule-4 of Rule-10 of Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2015
I- The words "Staff" and "Selection" used in " Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission"
mentioned in the Heading, Sub rule-1 of Rule-1, Rule-2(b), Rule-2(c), Rule-2(d), Rule-2(e) and Sub
rule-4 of Rule-10 of the said Rules, 2015, shall be substituted by the word " Service"
3. Amendment in sub rule-(1) of Rule-6 of The Bihar Technical Staff Selection
Commission Rules, 2015 I- the word and figures " Grade Pay below Rs. 4800/-(four thousand
eight hundred) or equivalent as revised Grade Pay from time to time" used in Sub rule-(1) of
Rule-6 of the said Rules, 2015 shall be deleted.
