The 19^th November 2018

No.-M-4-14/2018-8326/F—In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 283(2) of the

India Constitution, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to amend the Bihar

Financial Rules, 1950(as amended from time to time):-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.—

(1)

These may be called The Bihar Financial (Amendment) Rule, 2018.

(2)

It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3)

It shall come into force at once.

2. The following proviso shall be added after subrule (ix) in Rule 475 of the Bihar Finanacial

Rules, 1950 :-

"Provided that the controlling officer,if thinks necessary, after authorising a Nodal

officer/employee in his subordinate offices for Account comparision, may get the work of Account

comparision completed monthly/quartly."
