No MM-01/Mantriparishad-36/2012/1093—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3)

of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the

following amendment in the Rules of Executive Business, of Bihar, 1979 (as amended from time to

time) with immediate effect :—

Amendment

After Serial No-(3) of part (D) of fourth Schedule in the Rules of Executive Business,

Bihar, 1979 (as amended from time to time) Deligation of Power in legal matters a new serial

no 4 shall be added :-

against them.

After taking consent of Finance Department, General Administration

Department and Law Department the Administrative Department will

place the matter before the committee Constituted under the Chairmanship

of Chief Secretary. In view of the recommendation of the Committee, the

Administrative Department will ensure to issue implementing order in time

after taking approval of Minister in Charge.

The constitution of the Committee will be as follows :—

i½ Chief Secretary & Chairman

ii½ Principal Secretary/Secretary, General Administration

Department & Member

iii½ Principal Secretary/Secretary, Finance Department & Member

iv½ Principal Secretary/Secretary, Law Department & Member

v½ Principal Secretary/Secretary of Concerned Administrative

Department- Member"

Law Department will be the Nodal Department for this Committee.
