No. G/Vividh-20-19/2018-10698—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938

(Act 5 of 1938), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to define the following area, map,

boundary and details of which given hereunder, as field firing and Artillery Practice Area

for the period of 10 years from 1^st of October, 2018 till 30^th of september, 2028, with

immediate effect :-

Details and boundary of the land-area

107.48 acres of land in village-Barwadih, Thana No.-327, P.S.- Barachatti, District-

Gaya, has been transferred to Central Reserve Police Force vide Declaration No. 15/D.L.A.-

Gaya C.R.P.F. Cobra/1304/Ra. dated 08.12.2009 of the Revenue and Land reforms

Department, Bihar, Patna for creation of 205-Cobra Battalion. 100 mt. Baffle Firing Range

is constructed within the premises of the Battalion and is surrounded by a boundary wall.

The details and boundary of Firing Range is given below :-
