The 3^rd January 2019

S.O. 1, dated the 3^rd January 2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by section

148 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Governor of Bihar, on

the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the

Commercial Taxes Department notification No S.O. 221 dated the 06^th August, 2018

published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number. 754, dated the 06^th August,

2018, namely:

In the said notification, in paragraph 2 ,-

(i)

in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word “31^st August, 2018”, the figures,

letters and word “31^stJanuary, 2019” shall be substituted;

(ii)

in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word “30^th September, 2018”, the

figures, letters and word “28^th February, 2019” shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come in to force with effect from 31^st December, 2018.
