The 21st August 2019

S.O. 352, dated 21st August 2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96

of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the Governor of

Bihar, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification S.O. No. 173,

dated the 21^st September, 2017 of the Commercial Taxes Department, published in the Bihar

Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 877, dated the 21^st September, 2017, and last amended

vide notification S.O. No. 15, dated the 15^thJanuary, 2019, published in the Bihar Gazette,

Extraordinary, vide number 51, dated the 15^th January, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, for serial no. (i), the figure and words ''(i) Shri Harish Kumar,

Joint Commissioner, CGST & CX, Patna-1'' shall be substituted.
