The 13th September 2019

S.O 358, dated 13th September 2019—.In exercise of the powers conferred by sub

section (1) of section 84 of 'The Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act, 2016' (Bihar Act 20 of

2016) the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, is

pleased to modify the Law Departmental Notification No.-1365, dated-16.03.2017 with

reference to Session Division, Patna and designates the Court of Sri Avinash Kumar-II,

Additional District and Sessions Judge-XIX, Patna as Special Court for Patna Session

Division under 'The Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act 2016' (Bihar Act 20 of 2016);

2. The Departmental Notification No.-1365, dated-16.03.2017 already issued in this

context shall be deemed to be amended to this extent.

3. This notification shall come into force at once.
