The 18th September 2019

No. J/DE-Misc-105/1996-9360/C—In continuation of Home (Special) Department,

Notification No.-6608 dated 24th June 2019 in exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (3) of the section-3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No.-65/1980), the State

Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of the State of Bihar

shall exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the said section within the

local limits of their jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01-10-2019 to

31-12-2019.
