The 14th October 2019

S. O. 391 dated 15th October 2019—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84

of The Rights of Persons With Disabilities Act, 2016 (No. 49 of 2016) in consultation with the

Chief Justice of the High Court of Judicature at Patna, the State Government of Bihar is

pleased to designate the Court of the Junior most Additional District and Sessions Judge in

each of the Sessions Divisions of Bihar as Special Court for the purpose of trial of all offences

under The Right of Persons With Disabilities Act, 2016.

This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in

the official Gazette.
