ॢबहर गजट [सधरण 21 नव# बर 21

The 21st November 2019

S. O. 395, dated 21st November 2019—In exercise of the powers conferred under

section 20B of The Specific Relief Act, 1963 (No. 47 of 1963), the Government of

Bihar, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, hereby designates the

Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) of each district, which was constituted as a

Special Court for commercial matters, as the Special Court also to exercise jurisdiction

and to try a suit under The Specific Relief Act, 1963 in respect of contracts relating to

infrastructure projects.

This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication

in the official Gazette.
