The 13^th April 2020

No. 5 UD/Gathan-07/2016-1485/UD&HD---In exercise of powers

conferred by section 3 (1) (a), 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007

(Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of Bihar desires to publish the following

draft order, which is published for the information of those who are likely

to be affected by it and notice is hereby given that the said draft would be

considered within a month from the publication of this notification.

Objections/Suggestions received through the concerned District

Magistrates/Divisional Commissioner during the draft publication will be

considered under section-5 of the said Act.

Draft Order

No. 5 UD/Gathan-07/2016-1485/UD&HD ---In Exercise of powers

conferred by section 3 (1) (a), 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007

(Bihar Act, 11, 2007) the Governor of Bihar declares that for the purpose of

the said Act, it is necessary to make an administrative provision and to

enforce the provisions of the said Act in the following areas falling under

the area of Nagar Parishad Sitamadhi, Nagar Panchayat Dumra and nearly

17 Mauza in the District of Sitamadhi whose boundary are noted below:-
