The 21st September 2020

S.O. 168, dated 21st September 2020– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3)

of Rule 1 of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes (Second) Rules, 2020, the Commissioner of

State Tax hereby appoints the 21^st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions

of the Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes (Second) Rules, 2020, shall come into force.
