No- P.A.-1/V.M.(Session)-01-01/2020-450— In accordance with the order of the Hon’ble

Governor of Bihar dated 04.07.2020, the notification was published vide notification no. 411 and

412, dated 04.07.2020 by Parliamentary Affairs Department for general information regarding the

summoning of the 195th session (Monsoon Session) Bihar Legislative Council from dated

03.08.2020 at Council Chamber, Patna in Bihar Legislative Council.

In accordance with the guidelines issued related to Covid-19 pandemic regarding

compliance of maintaining minimum physical distance in sitting arrangement of Hon’ble Members

of Bihar Legislative Council the need was felt for only change in the location for summoning of the

Bihar Legislative Council, accordingly the following order of the Hon’ble Governor of Bihar, dated

24.07.2020 is hereby published again for general information-

“In exercise of the powers under Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of

India, I, Phagu Chauhan, Governor of Bihar, hereby summon the Bihar Legislative

Council to meet at 11.00 A.M. on the 03^rd August, 2020 in the Hall of 1^st Floor of Gyan

Bhawan in the campus of Samrat Ashok Convention Kendra at Patna in place of

Council Chamber, Patna.
