S.O. G/Sena-05-06/2017-5058—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 1 of

Section 9 of the Manoeuvers, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Act No- 5 of 1938), the

Governor of Bihar is pleased to define the following area, boundary and particulars of which are

given hereunder in schedule-1, as a field firing and artillery practice area for the 10 years

commencing from 29.09.2020 to 28.09.2030, with immediate effect.

Schedule-1

Particulars and boundary of the land-area.

The length and width of the 100 meter baffle firing range situated in the Group Center,

Central Reserve Police Force, Mokama Ghat, Patna is 100 meter and 30 meter respectively. Its

boundry wall is approximately 30 feet high. River Ganga is situated in the north of the firing

range. There is no population in the south direction. Village Sikahrichak is located in south at

a distance of 100 meter. CRPF camp is situated in the east and in the west side a crematory,

guard room, roofed sitting place and barren land is situated at a distance of 1 kilometer. The

above mentioned land is given to The CRPF camp, Mokama Ghat by Railways. Land record details
