No. 434/BR-LA/2014 (1) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the
Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby
makes the following amendment in its Notification No. 434/BR-LA/2014 (1), dated 3rd
November, 2014, as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of Returning
Officers for Assembly Constituencies in the State of Bihar namely:
In the place of the existing entry in column 1 against 6- Nautan Assembly
Constituency of the table appended to the said Notification, the following entry shall be
