No. 155/BR-LC/2020 (1) —In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section

22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India,

hereby makes following further amendments in its Notification no. 155/BR-LC/2001 (1), dated 23^rd

October, 2001, as amended from time to time, relating to appointment of Assistant Returning

Officers for Council Constituencies in the State of Bihar:-

In the Table appended to the said Notification, under the heading “I- GRADUATES’

CONSTITUENCIES”

Against entry ‘6-Koshi Graduates’ of column (1), the entries namely, ‘18.

Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Purnia’ and ’19.

Regional Planning Officer, Purnia Division, Purnia’ shall be added after the

existing entries of column(2).
