No.-P.A.-1/V.M.(Protem Speaker)-01-05/2020-647—The following order of the Governor

of Bihar dated the 17-11-2020 is hereby published for general information :

“In exercise of the powers under clause (1) of Article 180 of the

Constitution of India, I, Phagu Chauhan, Governor of Bihar, hereby

appoint Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi, a member of the Bihar Legislative

Assembly, to perform the duties of the office of the Speaker of the said

Assembly from the 23-11-2020 to 24-11-2020 until the election of a

Speaker.
