No- 15/VAT Audit/Vividh-01/2020-2327—In exercise of the

powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 26 of the Bihar value

Added Tax Act, 2005 (No.-27 of 2005) read with clause (b) of sub-rule

(1) of Rule 22 of the Bihar Value Added Tax rules, 2005, the

Commissioner has adopted the following criteria for selecting registered

dealers for detailed audit of their business relating to the financial

year 2018-19 (here in after referred to in this notification as the " relevant

year ") :-

I.

All registered dealers who have paid taxes during the

relevant year on sale of Crude Petroleum, Petrol, Diesel,

Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) and Natural Gases.

II.

All registered dealers who during the relevant year have

received goods referred to in Para I above on the basis of

Central statutory forms 'C/F' and sent those goods out of the

State by way of stock transfer or export sales.

Total 20 dealers for the financial years 2018-19 have been selected

for Audit on the basis of above criteria. The circle wise list of the selected

dealers is appended here to.
