No.-ESIS-01/NI.-48/2015-158—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso

under Article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the

following Rules for giving Dynamic A.C.P in The Bihar Employees state Insurance

Allopathic Medical officers Service Cadre working under Employees State Insurance

Scheme :-

PART-1

1. Short title, extent and commencement.—

(1) These rules may be called the Bihar Employees State Allopathic Insurance

Medical officers (Dynamic A.C.P) (Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(2) It shall extent to the whole of the state of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force at once.

2. Amendment of sub rule-3 of rule-1 of part-1 of Bihar Employees State

Allopathic Insurance Medical officers (Dynamic A.C.P), 2017.—The sub rule-3 of rule-1

of part-1 of the said rules 2017 shall be substituted by following- "It shall be Applied in a

notional manner with effect from 01.01.2006. The actual benefit of salary calculation shall

be payable from the month of issue of this notification i.e. December 2017.
