No-5 UD/Gathan-07/2016-4410—In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 (1)

(a), 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of

Bihar is pleased to constitute the following Municipal Corporation, draft of which is

previously published through the department’s Notification No. 1485 dated 13.04.2020 and

after due consideration on the objections received for the purpose of the said Act in the areas

lying within the places noted below in schedule ‘A’ in the District of Sitamadhi and

bounded as follows and to apply to the said areas the relevant provisions of the Act:-
