सं. 100/िबहा.-िव.प./10&14/2020-एम.एल.ए. (2)- लोक Ůितिनिधȕ अिधिनयम 1951 (1951 का 43) की

धारा 21 के अनुसरण मŐ और धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) Ȫारा Ůदȅ शİƅयों का Ůयोग करते Šए, भारत िनवाŊचन आयोग,

िबहार राǛ सरकार के परामशŊ से िदनांक 11 जनवरी, 2021 को राǛ के शासकीय राजपũ मŐ Ůकािशत आयोग की

अिधसूचनाओं के अनुसरण मŐ इस राǛ की िवधान सभा के सद˟ों Ȫारा िबहार राǛ की िवधान पįरषद के दो अलग-

अलग होने वाले उप िनवाŊचनों के संबंध मŐ, ,rn~}kjk%&

(i) नीचे की सारणी के ˑʁ (1) मŐ िविनिदŊʼ अिधकारी को įरटिनōग आिफसर के ŝप मŐ पदािभिहत करता है;

और

(ii) उƅ सारणी के ˑʁ (2) मŐ िविनिदŊʼ अिधकाįरयों को įरटिनōग आिफसर की उसके कृȑों के पालन मŐ

सहायता के िलए सहायक įरटिनōग आिफसर िनयुƅ करता है।

No. 100/BR-LC/10&14/2020-MLA (2): - In pursuance of Section 21, and in

exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation

of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India, in consultation

with the Government of the State of Bihar, hereby: -

(i)

designates the officer, specified in column (1) of the TABLE below, to be

the Returning Officer, and

(ii)

appoints the officers, specified in column (2) of the said TABLE, to be the

Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning officer in the

performance of his functions;

in respect of two separate bye-elections to the Legislative Council of the State of Bihar

by the members of the Legislative Assembly of the State, to be held in pursuance of the

Commission’s Notifications published in the official Gazette of the State on
