G.S.R 01 Dated 11 February 2021–Whereas, it is necessary to reconstitute the

"Advisory Board" under Section –9 of the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance

of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act 1980 (Act 7 of 1980).

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section –9 of the Prevention of

Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act 1980, the

Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Hemant Kumar Srivastava

(Sitting Judge) as Chairman of the Advisory Board Hon'ble Justice Smt. Rekha Kumari

(Retired) and Hon’ble Justice Sri Gopal Prasad (Retired) as Members on the basis of

nomination of Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court, Patna with immediate effect and

accordingly the said Board is hereby reconstituted.
