The 12th March 2021

No-MM-01/Mantriparishad-22/2011/223—Constitution of Group of Ministers had been

made under the Chairmanship of the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister for reconstitution of

Districts/Subdivisons/Blocks/Circles of the State by Notification No.-858 dated - 29.08.2017 of the

Cabinet Secretariat Department.

2. Due to the formation of New Government from dated 17.11.2020, the State Government,

in exercise of the powers conferred under Rule-32(a)(xxi) of the Rules of Executive Business of

Bihar, 1979 (amended from time to time) hereby reconsitutes the Group of Ministers for

reconstitution of Districts/Sub.divisions/Blocks/Circles of the State with immediate effect as

follows :-

Group of Ministers

(i)

Sri Tarkishor Prasad, Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister

Chairman

(ii)

Sri Vijay Kumar Choudhary, Hon'ble Minister, Education

Member

(iii)

Sri Bijendra Prasad Yadav, Hon'ble Minister, Energy

(iv)

Sri Ram Surat Kumar, Hon'ble Minister, Revenue and Land

(v)

Sri Shrawan Kumar, Hon'ble Minister, Rural Development

(vi)

Sri Nitin Naveen, Hon'ble Minister, Road Construction

3. Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary/Secretary of the Departments related to the

Sl. No.-2 shall remain present in the Meeting of Group of Ministers for their assistance.

4. Rural Development Department will provide secretarial assistance to this Group of

Ministers.
