7(1) of The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (No. 21 of 2019) of Central
Government of India, the State Government, hereby, notifies Secretary, Finance Department
(In-charge Secretary, Directorate of Institutional Finance) as Competent Authority for the
purpose of discharging the powers and functions of Competent Authority under the said
Act.
