No.100/ES-1/BR-LA/1/2021:- WHEREAS, the seat of Sh. Mewa Lal Choudhary, in

the Legislative Assembly of the State of Bihar, elected from 164-Tarapur Assembly

Constituency in the State, has become vacant on 19^th April, 2021 by reason of his death;

and

2. WHEREAS, a bye-election is to be held for the purpose of filling the said

vacancy;
