Section-78 of the Registration Act. 1908 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to notify new

article "Q" after the article "P" of the table of fee to determine the fee for issuing Non-

Encumberance/Encumberence certificate of property as follows:-

(i) Up to one year and above up to ten years

Rs 250/-

(Two hundred fifty only)

(ii) Above ten years up to twenty years

Rs 500/-

(Five hundred only)

(iii) Above twenty years up to thirty years

Rs 750/-

(Seven hundred and fifty only)

(iv) For more than thirty years

Rs 1000/-

(One thousand only)

2. Rate of fee shall be effective from the date of notification.
