GSR.02 dated 30th March 2022—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3

of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (Act 10 of 1955) read with the Removal of

(Licensing Requirements, Stock limits and Movement Restrictions) on specified foodstuffs

Order,2016, published through S.O. 4146 (E) dated 08 October, 2021 and published through

S.O. 452 (E) dated 03 February, 2022 by Government of India, Ministry of Consumer

Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food & Public Distribution), the

Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to extend the Order made regarding edible oil and

edible oilseeds by the department’s Notification No. 45 dated 05.01.2022, read with the

Bihar Trade Articles (Unification of Licenses) Order, 1984 up to 30 June, 2022 .
