No:- 4@'k0d0&16&01@2013-397(4)--In exercise of the powers conferred by

provision to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is Pleased

to make the following Rules to amend the "Bihar O.T. Assistants Cadre Rules,

2014(As amended from time to time)":-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.-(1) These Rules may be called

the "Bihar O.T. Assistants Cadre (Amendment) Rules, 2022."

(2) It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the

official gazette.

2. Substitution of rule-6(1) of the Bihar O.T. Assistants Cadre Rules,

2014(As amended from time to time)".- Rule -6(1) of the said Rules shall be

substituted by the following:-

"6 Qualification:- (1) For direct recruitment to the basic category posts,

minimum educational qualification shall be pass in Intermediate/+2(with Physics,

Chemistry, Biology and English). In addition to this, it shall be necessary to have

passed O.T. Assistants Diploma Course/Bachelor in O.T. Assistant Technology

Course from Institution recognized by the Union of India or State of Bihar or any

other State Governments and it shall be necessary to have a Certificate related

thereto.
