6247@2022—In exercise of the Power conferred by

Section 78 of the Registration Act, 1908 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to notify

the following new rates of fees for the under mentioned articles under Table of

fees:-

Article

Types of Item

Rates of Fee

Searching fee for one year for every name

and for Inspection of copy of each

document in registration book 1, 3 and 4

or for inspection of any other book or

relating to one year.

Rs.100/- (one hundred)- each

year Maximum Rs. 1000/-

(Rupees One thousand)

For making or granting certified copies of

reasons, entries, or document before, on

or after registration.

Rs. 500/(Five hundred)-.

2. The above rates of fees shall be applicable in both offline & online mode.

3. New rates of fees shall be effective from the date of notification.
