No. B1-3-65/2022-215—Whereas election has been held in pursuance of notification issued
under sub-section (1) of section 150 and sections 30 and 56 of the Representation of People Act,
1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling 02 (Two) seats in the Legislative Assembly in the state
of Bihar due to death of Sh. Subash Singh elected member from 101-Gopalganj Assembly
Constituency and due to disqualification under section 8 of the Representatoin of the People Act,
1951 and Article 191 (1)(e) of the Constitution Sh. Anant Kumar Singh elected member from 178-
Mokama Assembly Constituency of Bihar Legislative Assembly. The declaration of the result of
election has been done under section 66 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951).
Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 73 of the said Act, the name of member, elected
from above Assembly Constituencies for Bihar Legislative Assembly are hereby notified :-
