Public Services Act, 2011 (Bihar Act, 4, 2011) under section-3, the State Government, for

the services under Indian Electricity Act 2003 (36 of 2003), central Electricity Authority

(Measures’ relations to safety and Electric supply) regulations 2010, as amended from time

to time and the rules and regulations made there under, the state government, With
